• Dress Code: Girls – Uniform, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, hair securely in a bun. Boys – Black T-shirt, black tights/athletic shorts, black ballet shoes. No jewelry except small stud earrings. Proper attire required or student may be asked to sit out.

• Attendance: Regular attendance is essential. Notify us of absences. Make-ups available when possible (space permitting). Excessive absences may result in removal from performances.

• Behavior & Safety: Students must show respect to instructors, peers, and the facility. No gum, phones, or food/drink in the studio (water bottles OK). Follow all Tampa Bay Skating Academy rules.

• Code of Conduct: Found in handbook is strictly enforced for all students. Bullying and or similar behavior will absolutely not be tolerated.

• Photography: Covered in the separate waiver.

• Termination: Studio may dismiss for non-payment, repeated behavioral issues, or failure to follow policies.

No liability is assumed by Archer Classical Training for accidents caused by acts of person or persons on the premises in the capacity of student, account holder, parent, guardian, or guest. Person hereinafter signing contract on behalf of registering student assumes responsibility for actions of said student.

My child (under 18 years of age) has permission to participate in dance classes and all other functions as a student duly registered in Archer Classical Training. My child is in good health and has my physician’s approval to participate. I understand I am responsible for dropping off and promptly picking up my child at the end of their class.

I understand that my child will not be supervised outside of the classroom; therefore Archer Classical Training will not be held responsible for my child welfare.

I understand there are no waivers, discounts, refunds or credits for any missed classes due to schedule conflict, withdrawals, terminations, or illnesses. Exceptions can be made with a 2+ week prior written notice.

Tuition will be due the 1st of each month. A late fee of $15 will be charged to the student’s account on the 15th.

I understand we must follow school regulations and requirements at all times when my child is in the dance school and class.

I authorize the Archer Classical Training to obtain, store, and/or use (without payment) any photographs, slides, and /or videotapes of my child (mine) for public relation, marketing/advertising, and/or class training.

We do not sell your information. Data is stored securely and used only for studio operations. Parents/guardians may request access or deletion of their child’s information by contacting us.
