Division I & II
(Ages 9–13)
Division I & II are designed for dancers entering a more focused and pre-professional level of classical training. Classes emphasize strong technical development through structured barre and center work, with increasing attention to alignment, strength, coordination, and musicality.
At this stage, dancers are expected to approach their training with greater discipline, focus, and personal responsibility. Students refine their technique, build stamina, and develop a deeper understanding of artistry, quality of movement, and performance presence.
To support well-rounded development, dancers at this level also have the opportunity to expand their training beyond ballet technique. This includes enrollment in ACT Core, as well as a contemporary class, and for those en pointe, up to two pointe classes per week.
Our goal is to cultivate dancers who are both technically capable and artistically prepared for the demands of higher-level training and future pre-professional opportunities, while feeling confident, accomplished, and proud of their progress.
