Foundational Ballet

Our Foundational Ballet is a 1.5-hour class designed for developing dancers who are ready for more focused, disciplined classical training. At this level, students begin to build a stronger technical foundation through structured barre and center work, with increased emphasis on alignment, strength, coordination, and musicality. Dancers are guided to think more deeply about their movement, developing both precision and artistry while gaining confidence in longer combinations and class structure. This stage is essential in bridging early training into more serious, pre-professional development. Students enrolled in Foundational Ballet also have the opportunity to expand their training through “ACT Core”, a supplemental class designed to enhance artistry, conditioning, and performance skills.
