Summer 2026 Registration & Payment Policy

Deposits

To secure your dancer’s spot in any Archer Classical Training summer program, a deposit is required at the time of registration.

  • Camps: $75 deposit

  • Choreographic Workshop: $150 deposit

  • Summer Intensive:

    • $150 (one week)

    • $200 (two weeks)

All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total tuition.

Remaining Balance

  • Camps: The First of the Month - June/July 1st, corresponding to camps

  • Workshop: July 15th

  • Intensive: July 1st

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in loss of your dancer’s spot.

Discounts

  • Early Bird Discount: $20 off (first 5 dancers per program)

  • Sibling Discount: $10 off per additional dancer

Discounts are applied to tuition balance only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Tuition is non-refundable once the program begins

  • In the event of cancellation prior to the start date, tuition may be transferred to another program if space allows

Attendance

Due to the structure of our programs, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed days.
